COST Academy Leadership Workshop

On May 16, Jitka had the pleasure of joining the COST Academy Leadership Workshop in Brussels, a day dedicated to empowering young researchers and emerging leaders from across Europe. She shared a fantastic day with a group of inspiring #COSTaction leaders and future leaders under 40, exploring various aspects of leadership—communication, collaboration, and personal growth.

Jitka Čejková was invited to speak at the workshop, where she shared her own career story and leadership journey with the participants. Her talk offered a personal and honest perspective on navigating a scientific career, embracing interdisciplinarity, and leading with purpose and creativity.
